- 2 medium yellow onions, trimmed, peeled and cut into 4 quarters each
- 4 garlic cloves, unpeeled
- 12 ounces lager-style beer or pale ale
- 2 cups beef broth
- Mustard and prepared horseradish or horseradish cream sauce, for serving
Directions:
1. Take your corned beef out of the wrap and wash under running water.
